Sponsoring opportunities: take part
Plant-Tech 2010 cannot be realized without the support of the Solution Providers of our industry as sponsors. The model chosen for staging the event is simple and has none of the loopholes or commercial traps that other events may have. We strive to organize the event together with our sponsors and are always seeking active sponsors willing to fully and actively participate in the event, its preparation and its promotion.
Who: and how
Any company that provides a service or solution for any of the aspects of the plant engineering life cycle is welcome at Plant-Tech 2010. We deal with the aspects of plant engineering and design which are driven by information technology. Sponsoring is open to all companies representing industry, solution and service providers, knowledge, integration and content services and any companies that perform a relevant service to the industry.
The terms and conditions are consolidated in a contract between Plant–Tech and each sponsor, specifying all the details. This contract, is always included as a draft in the sponsor information email or in the monthly newsletter sent to potential sponsors or at their request. Due to the limited space we always rent we only have room for a maximum of 18 stands, each approximately 12 square meters in size.
One condition: active participation
A condition will be that each sponsor will actively engage in the promotion of the conference through its own marketing channels and to its own installed base. After all, the combined promotional and marketing efforts of all our sponsors will always be a greater force than our contacts database on it's own is.
